These Terms govern Cop Drop, its online game services, and its related game webpages, provided by Persoftware SRL, Romania ("we", "us", "our"). Read them before playing. If you do not agree, do not use the Game. The Privacy Policy explains how personal data is handled; accepting these Terms or acknowledging that policy does not give consent for optional analytics, personalized advertising, or tracking.
We grant you a limited, personal, non-commercial, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Game while you follow these Terms. The Game includes single-player modes, online competition, Kingdom regions, leaderboards, and the Wanted social feed. Online features require an internet connection and available services.
Enter your age accurately. The current age screen supports younger players as well as adults. If you cannot legally agree to these Terms yourself, a parent or legal guardian must review them and authorize your use and any purchases where required. Store age ratings and local laws also apply. The age screen and an "Agree and continue" button do not verify parental consent. Do not submit personal information or use features for which legally required parental authorization has not been obtained. The Privacy Policy explains the protections and limits of the current age settings. Known under-13 accounts use generated game aliases, have push messaging disabled, and can submit predefined bug reports without email or free text. These safeguards do not require disabling ordinary gameplay or limited cloud progress.
The Game attempts Google Play Games sign-in on Android or Game Center sign-in on iOS, subject to the platform flow and your choices. If sign-in is unavailable or cancelled, it can create a Firebase guest account. Account settings also offer Google or Apple recovery sign-in. These services have their own terms.
Your account can hold progress, virtual balances, rewards, settings, and purchase-fulfillment records in our online save service. Keep access to your linked sign-in provider secure. Guest access may be lost after clearing app data, reinstalling, or changing devices unless an accessible sign-in is linked. You can retrieve a JSON copy of your account data or request account deletion through the in-game account settings. The Privacy Policy describes scope, verification, status receipts, and separate provider-held records.
When device and cloud progress conflict, the Game may ask which save to keep. Read the comparison before choosing: replacing a save can overwrite progress. Cross-device recovery depends on signing into the correct account and successful synchronization. Contact support for missing purchases or access problems.
The current real-money catalog consists of consumable Bucks packs and a Kiss Cop item. Other boosters and skins can be obtained using in-game currency or rewards as shown in the Game. Prices, currency, taxes, and the item offered are displayed by the store before payment. The current catalog does not offer an ad-free subscription.
Virtual currency and items are licensed for use within the Game. They have no cash redemption value and may not be sold or transferred outside supported game features. A game balance or leaderboard reward is not a promise of money or a physical prize.
Payments are processed by Google Play or Apple through Unity In-App Purchasing. Purchases require a ready game account and synchronized save. Pending transactions may be completed after connectivity and account synchronization recover. Consumable recovery depends on the account save and fulfillment history; do not assume a new guest account will recover spent or previously delivered items.
Request refunds through the store or contact support with the relevant order reference. Store rules and mandatory consumer rights, including any applicable withdrawal rights, govern refunds. Nothing here removes statutory remedies for faulty or undelivered content. Do not send passwords or full payment-card details to support.
Daily, weekly, promotional, and rewarded-ad benefits are subject to the displayed eligibility, limits, and availability. An ad reward requires successful completion and the reward confirmation. An unavailable or interrupted ad may not grant a reward. Game rules and balances may change, subject to applicable rights for purchased content.
The Game displays banner, interstitial, and optional rewarded ads through Google AdMob mediation, with Unity Ads, AppLovin, and ironSource adapters integrated. Available providers depend on platform and mediation configuration. Advertising identifiers and other device or interaction data can be personal data; they are not necessarily anonymous.
Ad and analytics permissions are separate from acceptance of these Terms. Regional consent messages collect applicable choices. Where available, use the privacy-options control in Settings to review them. iOS tracking permission is managed separately by the operating system. Refusing optional analytics does not prevent gameplay; ads may remain available with restricted treatment.
The Game disables its optional Firebase Analytics and GameAnalytics collection for players under 16 and applies age-related ad settings. These advertising and analytics controls do not disable accounts, online gameplay, or competitive profiles. Wanted has a separate 18+ restriction. See the Privacy Policy for details.
Your display name, selected avatar, scores, ranks, Kingdom information, and other competitive results can be visible to other players through online features. Use a nickname that does not reveal private information. Other players may interact with your regions and public posts under the game rules.
Wanted, including its feed, My Moments, publication, likes, and social notifications, is available only to players aged 18 and over with an eligible game account. Players with an unknown age or without confirmed account eligibility cannot use Wanted. For eligible adults, achievement moments are saved to My Moments before publication. You can choose to share a moment in Wanted, unshare it, or delete it using the available controls. Shared posts can show your display name, avatar, achievement, dates, likes, and view totals. Likes can identify the liking player. Removing a post cannot remove screenshots or copies independently made by others. Changing a local age setting to adult does not automatically remove a previously recorded under-18 account restriction. Contact support for an eligibility correction or review.
You retain any rights you have in content you provide. You give us the permission necessary to store, display, and operate the features you choose to use, including showing shared moments to other players. Only provide content you have permission to use. Camera or gallery images selected for custom skins are processed locally by the current Game; the image itself is not uploaded to the game backend.
Do not cheat, exploit bugs, automate play unfairly, manipulate purchases or rewards, access another account without permission, disrupt services, or attempt to bypass security. Do not use unlawful, abusive, discriminatory, impersonating, or privacy-invading names or content. Report problems through Feedback or support.
The Game software, artwork, audio, text, branding, and other assets belong to us or our licensors. These Terms do not transfer ownership. Do not copy, distribute, or modify protected content beyond permissions granted here or by applicable law.
We maintain and update the Game, but uninterrupted online play, permanent feature availability, and compatibility with every device are not guaranteed. Updates, outages, third-party changes, and service retirement may affect features and saves. We will respect applicable obligations for digital content and purchased items.
We may restrict accounts or remove content for breaches of these Terms, fraud, security threats, or legal requirements. Measures should be proportionate; notice will be provided where required and practicable. Contact support to question a restriction. You may stop using the Game at any time. The in-game account settings provide Get my data and Delete my data controls. Deletion requires confirmation and appropriate account verification. Accepted requests are scheduled for 10 minutes later, and account gameplay and ordinary saves are paused. During those 10 minutes, returning to the app and choosing Cancel deletion cancels the request and restores the game; merely opening the app does not cancel deletion. After the cancellation window ends, deletion cannot be cancelled. Background cleanup permanently removes the game account and associated game data and can remove access to progress, virtual balances, and items. The app retains its account session and local recovery data until server-confirmed completion, then clears the deleted account from the device and follows the normal new-player flow. Deletion does not delete the Google/Apple account or automatically complete separate analytics-provider requests. The Privacy Policy explains the retained data, deletion status, and support alternatives.
To the extent permitted by law, the Game is provided as available and without additional contractual warranties. We are not responsible for losses caused by matters outside our reasonable control, subject to applicable law. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud, intentional misconduct, or other protected claims, or limits mandatory consumer rights and remedies.
Romanian law governs these Terms, subject to mandatory protections and court rights in your country of residence. These Terms do not require consumers to waive those rights or bring proceedings exclusively in Romania.
We may update these Terms and will identify the version by its updated date. Material changes will be communicated as required by law, and fresh agreement will be requested where required. Changes do not retroactively remove accrued rights.
