Virtual Goods cannot be exchanged for real money, real goods, or any other item of monetary value. All sales of Virtual Goods are final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable law. This may include items to enhance gameplay or to remove ads.
The Game may include multiplayer features that allow you to interact with other players. In multiplayer mode, players can attack regions owned by others and engage in time-based duels. You are responsible for your interactions with other players. We are not responsible for the conduct of any players and do not endorse any opinions expressed by players. We reserve the right, but have no obligation, to monitor disputes between you and other players.
The Game may include advertisements provided by third-party networks, such as AdMob. You agree that we may integrate and display advertisements within the Game. If you do not want to see advertisements, you may purchase an ad-free subscription.
The Game integrates with Google Play Games and Apple Game Center to provide achievements, leaderboards, and other social features. You may also change your displayed name within the Game at any time. Your use of Google Play Games and Apple Game Center is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies.

All content, features, and functionality of the Game, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio, and software, are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use any content from the Game without our prior written permission.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Game, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Game will immediately cease.
The game is provided 'as is' and 'as available,' without any warranties, either express or implied, including but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
We do not guarantee that the game will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any defects will be corrected. We also do not guarantee that the game will be compatible with all devices or operating systems. The use of the game is subject to the availability of third-party services such as Google Play Games and Apple Game Center, whose functionality and terms may affect your gameplay experience.
We do not guarantee that the game is or will be free of viruses, malware, or other harmful components. You are responsible for implementing adequate security measures on your device to protect against such risks.
By using this game, you agree that your use of the game is at your sole risk. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including those of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

By using the Game, you agree that any legal disputes arising out of or related to these Terms or the Game will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts located in Romania.
If you are accessing the Game from outside Romania, you are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Game complies with the laws of your jurisdiction. To the extent permitted by applicable law, users from other countries agree to waive any rights to pursue claims under laws of their home country and submit to the laws of Romania as governing these Terms.
